Embellished Cable Beanie

Get warm and cozy this season with this embellished, fun chunky cable beanie! Easy crown. Hat is knit in the round. One size. Designed to fit the average woman's head size. Two strands of worsted weight yarn are used throughout the project.

I designed this hat to be versatile. The open cables can either be embellished or left as is. In the listing photos, I show two options for decorating: 1) embroidered flowers or 2) ceramic fish beads. The "fisherman aesthetic" is currently trending, so I thought it would be fun to add some fish beads. Two very different hats made from the same pattern. I also give a couple of options for yarn, too. The embroidered hat is knit with hand-dyed yarn, and the black and white version is knit with a double strand of Cascade Superwash 220. I enjoy experimenting with various yarns.
