Welcome to the Egg-free Brioche Beanie. This “nipple” hat pattern is the perfect introduction to knitting two-colour 1x1 brioche ribbing. In this pattern you will find links to videos and tons of tips and tricks to start you on your brioche journey. This pattern is knit in the round on circular needles and fits the average adult-sized head that ranges between 20-22” in circumference. Be sure to read the glossary section on page 5 and the “pep talk + tips” section before you start.
