Das Waldhaus toe up

A cuff-down version of the pattern will be added later this month. Price will stay the same!

In the fairy tale "[Das Waldhaus][1]" or "[The hut in the forest][2]" three sisters play the leading characters. All three are are send out to bring food to their father but get lost on their way. The first two girls won't help the animals they meet on the way and are send to the cellar. But the youngest helps the animals and old people she meets and, as fairy tales usually go, get's the prince at the end. The girls are represented in the meandering cables where only one of them meets the upper edge.

Size: Size S (20,5 cm / 8 inches), Size M (23 cm / 9 inches), Size L (25,5 cm / 10 inches): foot lenghth, notes for adjusting the size included.

Needles: 2.5mm (US 1 1/2) circular needles or DPN

Yarn: 1 skein Regia 4-ply or other fingering weight yarn (210m / 230 yards) and 3 times 20g fingering weight yarn (85m / 92 yards) as contrast colour.
