Product Description
Create fun curly toed slipper shoes for all the family. Sizes given from toddler size all the way up to men's largest standard size! Choose festive colours and add bells or pom poms to make elf shoes.
Written in US terms with a conversion chart included for UK terms. Photographs have been used throughout to help with clear instructions. A printer friendly version will also be included.
I have used 100% Acrylic yarn. Bulky (UK Chunky) yarn with a 6mm hook for adult sizes and DK yarn with a 4mm hook for junior sizes. I have chosen acrylic yarn for it's stretchier properties, allowing for dual size fitting while remaining snug.
Gauge: Adult sizes: 2" square = 8 hdc x 5 rows -Using Bulky (UK Chunky) yarn Junior sizes: 2" square = 11 hdc x 7 rows - Using DK yarn
You will need: Bulky (UK Chunky) or DK yarn depending on size required (between 50-150g approx.) Optional: Jingle bells or pom poms (between 10-20mm in diameter), Non-slip grip - puffy paint/silicone sealant, Stitch marker/s
