Cross-Body Phone Purse

I created this purse to provide an easy way to take my phone along when walking my dog and other times when my full-size purse is not needed and I don’t want to carry my phone. My dog now knows that when I grab my phone purse, it’s time for a walk!

This is a fun, quick, and easy project for crafters with intermediate crochet skills! The purse body is worked in single crochet with back-loop single crochet creating a ridged affect to the edging. Bauble stitches add a bit more texture and style to the purse.

Finished purse shown below measures approximately 7.5” by 4.25” - my iPhone 11 with a protective cover fits nicely in this size, with a bit of room to spare. Pattern can be easily adjusted for larger phones. I like this pattern because it’s worked in one piece – no need to assemble pieces to
