I have rewritten tha lace-edging and pleated edging so they can be knitted in one piece.
Good news! 2019 There is now a single, updated version of this pattern available, designed for my 2012 book A Handknit Romance. The pattern includes a chart for the lace pattern.
Pleated hem panel and lace panel knitted sideways, then stitches picked up on circular needle and knitted upwards to ribbed waist, pulled in by crochet tie. Length of skirt can be adjusted to suit. For help with pattern email me
