The Cornish Fisherman Tea Cosy looks like he just stepped of a fishing boat after a long day of fishing in the Cornish seas.

You can tell he's a Cornish Fisherman from his gansey featuring an anchor and the pilchard caught in his nets.

I based his face on an old photo that I found on Google image search of a real fisherman, he has podgy cheeks and a beard that framed his face rather than covered it. 

The tea cosy is knitted with double thickness yarn to keep the teapot and the tea really hot.

The Cornish Fisherman tea cosy fits a medium sized tea pot that covers a Teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.
