Product Description
The Coast Cable Sweater is a boxy fit, oversized sweater.
It has dropped shoulders and loose bands.
Two sleeve versions are given - a loose and a more traditional (less loose) sleeve option.
Size guide
The sweater is designed to have approximately 20-30cm of positive ease, meaning it’s designed to be 20-30cm larger than your chest circumference. Size A (B) and C Length (measured at the center back) = 55cm (58cm) 61cm Finished garment circumference = 115cm (122cm) 130cm
The Coast Sweater is worked with two strands of yarn held together.
One strand of Fingering or light fingering weight yarn plus one strand of Mohair Lace weight yarn held together = Aran weight/ 10-12 ply yarn.
The sweater pictured was worked with one strand of Knitting for Olive Merino 250 m/50g, held together with One strand of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair, 225 m/25g, but any yarns can be used, so long as the gauge is correct.
Size A (B) and C use 6/6, 6/7, 7/7 balls.
