Christmas Spirit Tree

Sweet, textured trees that will bring Christmas spirit to a fireplace mantle, bookshelf, table, or desk. They also make the cutest bunting and ornaments.

Use any DK or Worsted yarn that yields a good stitch definition. Try some glittery yarn for seasonal appeal.

The perfect small project to try the modified bead stitch.

Top with a star button and sew on some tiny colourful round beads to the bottom of the modified bead stitches for additional decorative charm. Optionally stuff with chocolate Lindt balls for a fun gift.
