Such a cute knit for the Christmas Season! Easy and quick to make in 3 Sizes Newborn, 3 Months & 6 Months. Each pair uses less than 30g of DK weight yarn (8ply) per pair. You will need oddments of yarn in Dark Brown, Cream, Green & Red.
I used Paintbox Yarns Simply DK but any standard DK weight yarn could be substituted such as King Cole, Sirdar Snuggly, James C Brett or Stylecraft Yarns. Ideal for keeping little toes warm over the festive season and booties always make great baby gifts! Great for a quick knit baby shower gift or Christmas birth announcement. Knitted flat on two needles and suitable for the advanced beginner. The pattern would also be ideal for the charity knitter. NEEDLES: 3.25mm (UK10, US3) Pattern gives instructions to knit the booties in 3 sizes along with the holly leaves and berries. The pattern is also suitable for life-size reborn dolls.
