Christmas Morning slippers

Knit these beautiful Christmas Morning slippers for yourself or as a gift. These cozy slippers are perfect for enjoying warmth and holiday spirit.

Size:

The slippers shown are EU size 38 / US size 7.5. The length of the foot can be easily adjusted to make them shorter or longer.

Yarn:

Use any Aran-weight sock yarn (approximately 200 m / 100 g or 218 yards / 3.5 oz). The slippers in the photo were knitted with Novita 7 Brothers yarn in the colors Christmas (549) and Natural White (010).

Needles:

Choose needle size according to your gauge. The sample slippers were knitted with 3 mm (US 2.5) double-pointed needles. Recommended needle sizes for Aran-weight yarn are 3.5 mm–4 mm (US 4–6).

Gauge:

*Knit 1 through the back loop, purl 1* ribbing pattern, 30 stitches = 10 cm (4 in).

Yarn requirements:

Approximately 60 g (2.1 oz) for the main part of the slipper and about 10 g (0.35 oz) for the cuff.
