Chocolate Eclair

Choux pastry is a staple of good patisserie baking, and the classic eclair is filled with whipped cream and topped with chocolate icing. But no need to worry about the correct oven temperature with these crochet bakes!

Finished size: 15cm x 5cm x 5cm.

Materials: Paintbox Yarns Simply DK, 15g Light Caramel, 10g Champagne White, 5g Coffee Bean; crochet hook size 3.5mm; stuffing; tapestry needle for sewing in ends; scissors.
