Brioche Horn Hat

This playful brioche stitch hat uses a clever increase and decrease method to create 3D sculptural horns. The design began with curiosity about combining the [Stacked Stitch][1] technique with brioche stitch. The horn shape that was discovered was obviously meant to go on a hat. Aside from the horns, this hat pattern is deliberately left pretty plain so that the knitter can add their own embellishment and color to create different types of horned characters. Consider this hat as part of a costume for a goat, bull, demon, fawn, viking, etc.
