Bothwell is a cabled beanie that has been designed to highlight some of the best features of Cormo wool: glorious stitch definition, squishy texture and cables that just pop. Rib and cables collide to create a gender neutral beanie at its best of any head.
The combination of big and small cables are incorporated into the crown shaping for a really beautifully finished crown.
Instructions are both written and charted for both body and crown.
Bothwell is named for the home of Cormo, a wee little town in Tasmania, Australia where the breed was developed.
The sample was knit in Ton of Wool Cormo 10ply/Aran. A substitute yarn is shown below.
