Blóðberg (Arctic Thyme)

Blóðberg (Arctic Thyme; T. praecox) is found all over Iceland. It is used for flavour and medicinally to strengthen head and heart.

This is a pattern for a relaxed oversized jumper with a bit of coloured trim and a floral colourwork motif. Blóðberg (Arctic Thyme) is worked from the top down (either from a long-tail or provisional cast-on) and in the round. This is a fun project if you are a knitter, curious about colourwork and interested in using Plötulopi. In addition, there are a few notes if you would like to include some embroidered embellishments.
