I made this belt for my daughter. As she liked it very much I made one more and wrote down the pattern. It is a PDF document with a crochet chart, a picture tutorial and detailed written instructions of every row.
I added some options like different sizes form 4-10 years, metal rings and bobbles. For the metal rings you need a metal hole punch plier. But you can make the belt also without the metal rings.
You also need a Buckle for a belt of 25mm width. The sizes of the buckle I used are 3 cm (1.18”inch) high and 4.5 cm (1.77”inch) wide.
The yarn I used is from the Dutch stored called Action. It was a package with 8 different 100% cotton skeins of 25 grams for hook size 3mm. You don't need much yarn for this. So also nice to use leftovers. For this project you need hook size 3mm (D hook) and 2.5mm (C hook).
