I designed this all occasion cardigan in a range of yarn weights, as a wardrobe staple, for my daughter and her bestie. I wanted to make them something practical and washable, that looked great on them, for any occasion, that they would love, treasure and wear all the time. This version is worked in a luxurious feeling super chunky yarn, Cascade Pacific Bulky, which is a mix of acrylic and superwash merino. It’s easy in every sense; machine washable and a quick-knit dream. There are substitues for this yarn as online using yarn substitution website, if you struggle to get it. Or you can double strand an aran weight yarn to get the guage. It’s a relatively simple top-down, classic raglan design. It has a contrasting colour neck and hem edging which you can include [or not].
