Yarn and hook: I used Alize Diva (silky effect – lace yarn) in 5 colors with a 3 mm (UK11) (US 10/3) hook. Less than 20 grams used for the bib; leftover yarn is perfect for the flowers. Content of yarn: 100% Microfiber Acrylic. Skeins come in 100 gr– 3.52Oz, in 350 mt-383 yds. I recommend any cotton yarn as well (my go-to brands are Phil Cotton 3, or Tango sport yarn). Other: Tapestry needle for weaving ends, sewing needle and thread for sewing the roses and leaves on (optional – I used the same yarn to sew them on), 2 stitch markers, 6 pearl beads – one for each rose and one button/ bead for closure. Stitches: chain (ch), chain space (ch-sp), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc), 3-chain picot. American terminology used. Measurements of finished necklace: 19 cm/ 7.48” at its widest point, and 25 cm / 9.84” from the neck down.
