Affection Headband

This reversible bottom-up headband is a great way to learn a few different techniques and creates a beautiful double thick headband with a solid color on one side and a heart motif on the other. What is nice about the double thick headband is that it hides the colorwork floats in between the two layers, so the inside is just as beautiful as the outside.

If you have tried my double brim knit beanie pattern, the concept is very similar. The headband will be knitted as a singular tube and then folded inside itself and then knitted together while binding off. If you recognize the hearts, the chart is inspired by my Sweetheart Hat design that was launched earlier this year.

Skill Level Needed: Advanced Beginner. Provisional Cast on, stranded colorwork, working in the round, following charts, three needle bind-off.
