Product Description
Two variations of this shawl, one in two colours with lace and garter stitch stripes and the other all in lace, make for an interesting walk through this knitting garden. Both versions start at one corner and grow to the far edge where all stitches are bound off. Choose two colours of fingering weight/sock yarn for the larger two-colour shawl or one skein for the smaller all-over lace shawl.
Pattern includes separate instructions for the two different versions of this shawl. Version one (in grey and blue) is is written for Black Cat Custom Yarn The Answer to Everything in Stainless (approx 150 yd/138 m is required) and In The Navy (one skein is required). Version two (in pink) is written for one skein of Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light in Coquette Deux. Any sock or fingering weight yarn may be used.
Pattern includes list of abbreviations, diagram, notes, and the instructions for the lace sections are both charted and written.
