Product Description
Call it a shrug. Call it a bolero. I call it a fabulous transition piece!
With this shrug, I can wear all my sleeveless and tank top styles even as the temperature drops. My summer and fall midi dresses extend easily into the colder months with this modernized and extremely versatile piece.
Plus, it is seamless and top-down.
This shrug begins at the neckline with a little bit of ribbing. Increases are then worked at the front and back to resemble raglan seams. At the underarm, the front and back stitches are put on hold while the sleeves are knit down to the wrist, with a gathered cuff.
Stitches are then picked up and knit along the front edges and joined with the back stitches for the bottom ribbed border. A small button loop is knit at finishing.
Shown in Berroco Ultra Alpaca, but other substitutes listed.
