Product Details
When the Stars Come Out is a cozy, circular-yoke sweater dress worked seamlessly from the top down. This garment is a marvelous companion on cold days or a great layering piece for a chilly office.
The dress is worked in two colors of DK-weight yarn. The neckline, hem, and sleeve cuffs are adorned with a colorwork star motif. Short rows placed at the bottom of the yoke help create a well-fitting, rounded neckline. Waist shaping is used to create a fitted, feminine silhouette while the gently A-lined, tunic-length hem gives freedom of movement for the garment.
The pattern comes with two variations for sleeve length: full length (with colorwork) or tee (without colorwork). When the Stars Come Out is available in 10 sizes from XS to 6X. The pattern is written with both metric and US terminology. Only charted instructions are given for the colorwork pattern.
Gauge: 18 sts × 28 rnds = 10 cm / 4"
