I love this yarn. It is lovely to knit with and has a good stitch definition. I love the colours. I always use Bambino for baby knitting. It is so soft and feels thicker than some DK yarns. I am hoping to see some of the new shades that have recently been introduced. I wish there were more offers on this yarn. As a pensioner, I struggle at times to buy yarn. Great yarn to use, easy to knit with but my only criticism is it sometimes splits so you have to be careful. It has good stitch definition and always knits up well
There was a good choice of wool on the website. I was able to find the brand I wanted in a range of colours. It was easy to order, I was kept informed about the delivery and it arrived at the day and time given. The quality of the wool is good and is easy to knit with.
This is the first time I have knit using Bambino. Bambino yarn untwists therefore care has to be taken casting on using the thumb method and when knitting as it is easy to knit into the separated threads which can create extra stitches. The finished product has a sheen to it and looks good but it wouldn’t be my choice of yarn again.
I use Stylecraft Bambino exclusively for baby jackets. The yarn is soft, has a good appearance and a lovely drape. And it’s a very reasonable price for the quality. As I knit to sell baby items for charity, this is my go-to yarn.
