Malabrigo Rios is a great favourite with knitters around the world, and for good reason! Super soft, washable and knitting to a standard worsted weight, it is the perfect solution for knitting for children, babies and you! Rios has great stitch definition and a glorious array of colourways to choose from. Malabrigo yarn is hand-dyed, meaning that each beautiful skein is unique. As a result, there may be variations in colour between skeins of the same shade. Please note that we do not stock Malabrigo yarn in batches, but you can always return your order if you do not like the shades you receive.

I prefer Malabrigo Worsted but you were out of most colours so I tried Malabrigo Rios. It is not as soft but I needed the colour so I bought it.
I love this yarn. Working with it is a dream. It is soft, and the flow of colour throughout as your project comes together is gorgeous. This is my second time ordering yarn from this company. I would do it again, the yarn arrived quickly and there was no hassle with the website and ordering process.

One of my favourite Malabrigo yarns, Rios is a joy to work with and comfortable to wear. It machine washes well and doesn't bobble as much as many other yarns. Fabulous colour choice too. Highly recommended.

This was beautiful yarn and I loved the colour. However, I don’t think that it is Aran weight yarn. I think it’s more like double k putting weight. I had bought it to knit an Aran sweater for my brother who is 6 foot 2 inches tall. I had to send it back as my pattern was for Aran weight. I’m

Beautiful yarn, that works up easily! It’s a very smooth yarn to crochet with. Half way though a beanie/toque style hat and yarn is not pilling or getting fuzzy as I work. The red color is rich and deep throughout the skein, but is still a semisolid tonal.
Beautiful yarn & it’s my favorite to buy for most of my patterns. I Will continue to buy as long as I can knit away.
