Kuddel Krakowski is the lovliest octopus in all the Seven Seas! Once you bring him to life, he will embrace you with all his eight arms and never let you go! The yarns listed below are suggestions – I used Lana Grossa Cool Wool. Depending on the yardage, your octopus might be smaller or bigger – well, Kuddel would prefer bigger, ever since he saw a documentary about Giant Octopuses, he is quite obsessed with them ;-)
Kuddel ist ein überaus liebenswerter Krake, der seinen Lieblingsmenschen mit allen seinen acht Armen ganz fest an sich drückt. Ich habe Kuddel aus Lana Grossa Cool Wool gestrickt, die unten aufgeführten Qualitäten sind Alternativ-Vorschläge. Sie können natürlich auch andere Garnstärken verwenden. (Kuddel würde dickeres Garn bevorzugen, denn er ist völlig fasziniert von Riesenkraken. Ich kann aber nicht garantieren, dass es dann mit den sich kringelnden Armen so gut klappt.)

Finished product is just as the picture on the pattern. My grandson hasn’t put it down since. The pattern does not give exact instructions as we are used to as it is translated from German The main thing is it tells you to knit each line on the body instead of stocking stitch. Once you realise that the pattern is straight forward well worth the effort.
