Cotton is one of the most ideal fibers for baby/toddler garments but there's one problem... they stretch!! This jumper is designed to minimize the stretching around the neckline so the jumper can withstand the frequent washing - which will be expected because who doesn't love a sweet floral jumper like this! It also eliminates the need for buttons - which can be a hassle for moms/dads when dressing their little ones. The jumper is knit top down seamless with raglan lines using worsted weight yarn. The pattern will work very well with non-cotton fibers as well.
