Product Details
Elinor is a small triangular shawl. Its traditional geometric lace boarder is elegantly framing the soft stockinette stitch center. This shawlette is knit sideways in one piece and shaped using short rows. It uses just under one skein of light fingering weight yarn and is still big enough to wrap around your neck generously. Perfect for showing off special skeins.
Skill level: Suitable for intermediate knitters - you should be comfortable knitting lace. You can find a photo-tutorial on the short row technique on my blog. A chart and written instructions for the lace border are included.
