Banana Hat - Newborn to 12 Months

Isn't this little banana hat adorable?? And it is so easy to make too!

This pattern is advanced beginner, and is written in american terms.

Materials Worsted weight yarn in green and yellow 5.5mm hook

Abbreviations Ch = Chain Fpdc = Front post double crochet Hdc = Half double crochet Hdc2tog = Half double crochet 2 together Hdc3tog = Half double crochet 3 together Hk = Hook Sc = Single crochet Sl st = Slip stitch St = Stitch

Finished Measurements NOTE: Circumference is measured around outside of hat. Length is measured from beginning of first yellow round to end of hat before peels.

Newborn: 14 inch circumference, 3.25 inch length 0-3 Months: 15 inch circumference, 3.5 inch length 3-6 Months: 16 inch circumference, 4 inch length 6-12 Months: 17 inch circumference, 4.25 inch length
