The Scarecrow wedding
This was a real challenge as there is no dedicated pattern. I started with the Jean Greenhowe scarecrows and used different bits of different characters. I then worked very closely with the pictures in the story book. The dungarees are from Pat’s Dress up dolly. I really enjoyed making these and must admit to being very pleased with the result.

I've watched this film three times this year Julie 😆 (with my 5 year old grandson btw) Your scarecrows are amazing! Love them 🤩

@Julie B: Such clever adaptations, brilliant job 🤩! Check out the film too, it's so sweet, IPlayer I think. Unfortunately, George has moved on .... he's now all about Minecraft .... not my thing at all 😆

Thanks Mary I’ve just read it with my great grandson. I started posting this then yet again the site crashed so I’ve just added a bit more detail.
