I'm currently knitting this pattern but I'm quite confused about the cast off instructions. When it says eg. "7 sts once, 4 sts once ... 1 at 4 times" is that the next 10 rows, casting off every row? I know it's a free pattern but not clear, to me anyway. Any help greatly appreciated.
