"I made this for my folksy shop"

I've been so behind with any posting recently, when did summer get so busy! I know there are many people love Schnauzers so I really wanted to share this one. All these yarns have been in my stash for years so very pleased to use up 100grams. The velour is a tricky yarn to work with it's a bit like chenille difficult to control the tension. It also stretches for ever even when knitted on a small needle so creating a fat puppy was no problem. The result has made it all worthwhile though. The pattern is a Claire Garland from her Domestica course.

Thanks so much Liz. I'm hoping to get my life back into a bit more order now that the gardening period has reached it's end, at least for this year. I wonder sometimes whether it's me getting slower or the garden's getting bigger. I think I know the answer 😁
