Lockdown seemed a good incentive to start knitting again. I've made hats and scarves but thought I'd challenge myself to try something bigger and brighter in these gloomy times! I was strict with myself and made a gauge sample and also checked the increases in keeping with the pattern. ...Well it's taken me a long time - I did get a bit despondent after a few big unpicking sessions- it wasn't really too difficult but it's not a pattern to do while watching tv.
