The gingerbread man
Yet another story sack for my local school. They were really pleased with the three bears so this one is next. I used Rian Anderson’s fox and cow patterns. The gingerbread man was from Knitted fairy tales by Sarah Keen and the horse (not my favourite) was adapted from a zebra pattern, from a book I got for £1 called World of Knitted Toys by Kath Dalmeny. I have tried to get as close as possible to the pictures in this version of the story and have enjoyed the quirkiness of the characters.

Hi Valerie really didn’t like the way the horse was turning out his back seemed much too long however he’s growing on me 😂

A great story sack - love the horses glasses!
