A blanket each for my 2 Grandsons for Christmas. One loves purple and the other loves really bright colours. A simple pattern, each row the same. Really quick projects using chunky yarn.

@Lynn A: I’m sure they will. My grandkids live in old (50s?) houses which are cold and draughty and they don’t have the heating on much, so they’re always wrapped up in blankets watching TV if nothing else.
Thank you Helen. I knew I wouldn’t have much time to make all the blankets so chunky yarn was the way to go. Each blanket took me about 10 days but I did work on them every day. Must admit I was glad to see the back of them after making 4! Hope they all like them on Christmas Day.

Great blankets Lynn. 😍 I keep putting off making blankets but maybe with this sort of yarn I might manage one. 🤔
