My aunty taught me the simple knit stitch over Christmas 2018. Since then, with mainly the use of YouTube, I have taught myself the rest! I absoultely LOVE knitting!! Knitting gives me a sense of calm within my hectic urban lifestyle, and I love the sense of reward when finishing an item. My favourite thing is the feeling of gifting someone an item I have made for them. Many people underestimate the health and wellbeing benefits of knitting. It's an amazing way to switch off, and something you can throw all your positive energy into! Learning the craft of knitting is one of the best decisions I have ever made!
