Remind me not to use 'teddy bear-type' wool again! It was challenging from start to finish! Definitely not a pattern for a novice knitter. A combination of the lack of instruction for shaping and the extreme difficulty in counting rows or correcting mistakes with this yarn makes it not for the faint hearted! I wont be making this again! The neck edging is crocheted which made it quite tight but crochet is not my thing so I might have been able to correct this if experienced? Even at the end, under time pressure, I attached the buttons on wrong! I intended to make button holes rather than push the button through a loose stitch (as the pattern recommended) but couldn't face unpicking the shaping I'd struggled to interpret! Glad it's finished!!
