Had a lot of challenges with the stitch on this pattern. Despite multiple YouTube videos and looking at the directors from the author of the pattern I could not get the hang of the stitch. So I tried creating the pattern using a single crochet and a half double crochet stitch instead of the back loop slip version of these stitches. For the little bucket hat I used my left over yarn and didn’t work from any pattern.
