I have wanted to make another one of Pat’s Gorse’s for me and use up some bits of aran wool in my stash. I made the waistcoat first (!) using light blue and maroon only to find that I hadn’t enough to finish him. But I had some other yarn which was a close match as well as the airforce blue and fawn and in the end was quite pleased with the result. Gnorville has currently taken up residence in my bedroom.
