I was admiring this little cardigan knitted by one of our online community. The Norwegian fir design in raglan and other little personal knitting challenges that I might discover encouraged me to try use up some of my stash. Great it was top Down also the designer is a favourite. Firstly I thought I had gone over board with using the three greens but was encouraged it would go with a strong pink outfit. So I continued knowing I was going to attempt knitting in round for sleeves having fall back plan to knit straight if too much, well at times it felt too much, as why bother knit in round and knit stocking stitch to get garter - I thought before starting you would not get join line up sleeve, but look at my pics you sort of do, and more noticeable on outside than in. All a bit intriguing to me as I was knitting I was trying to work that one out in head and I sort of did. (The stitch changes every row)but is it worth it? I think actually yes 😜

Well done you!! Lovely cardigan and always seems extra special when you have achieved a new skill. I have part knitted this cardigan and it is sitting in my part finished projects because of the sleeves! I must get a handle of knitting in the round, but it just seems you have too many needles! 😍
Maria this is fabulous. 🤩 The three greens works so well together as does the stripe pattern with the top down construction. The ‘seam’ down the sleeve won’t show, and how well the stripes are matched up. A beautiful pattern beautifully made and three challenges met in one hit. You should be very proud of yourself. 🥹 💕💕💕

Lovely jacket for Pearl. The three shades of green all work perfectly.😍 You’re braver than me attempting knitting in the round. I think why bother to struggle when I could knit straight so much quicker.😂
