Fairy Tales: Cinderella
I was on Alan Dart's website (love his patterns) and I found a set of patterns for Cinderella Panto-Mice. I had brought a collection of story books by Miles Kelly for my Niece's Christmas present and it included Cinderella so I then decided to knit the characters, in colours to match the book, the idea being that she can then play along with the story. It was a great way to use up all those leftover wools too. I adapted the patterns to have human faces rather than those of the mice so I could make the characters look like the book and so I could match Cinderella to look more like my niece (role models are important to little girls). I've also done the Three Little Pigs for her birthday (again, to match the outfits in the book) and if she plays with them then I'll have a go at the other story books too.

She’ll love them. I’m a huge fan of story sacks.

Very clever idea - all the characters are so good. Sure your niece will love playing with them. 😍

Great story props RR, I'm sure your niece will love! Clever adaptations too.🤩 I must check out Alan Dart's website. 👍

Fabulous, your niece will love them.
