Product Details
Take advantage of some simple crochet geometry to turn five basic rectangles into a stunning, cold weather poncho. The deceptively easy sleeves will keep you cozy and give this garment a polished, sweater-like vibe.
You’ll begin by making two identical rectangles using a simple, but eye-catching stitch pattern. Next you’ll make three more rectangles using crochet ribbing that will become the collar and two sleeves. Because the entire garment is made without increasing or decreasing, the skills required are quite beginner-friendly and include sc, hdc, dc and seaming. (All covered in the video tutorial!)
This printable, ad-free PDF includes a stitch chart, written pattern, photo tutorial and link to a video tutorial. The photos are separate from the written pattern so you can choose to print them or conserve ink.
This pattern originally appeared on Make & Do Crew.
Updated 1.11.19 to adjust stitch count in size 2X/3X in foundation ch and to add additional stitch chart.
