Since moving to the smallholding my husband has taken up beekeeping and from time to time, he brings in chunks of honeycomb or wax, once with a few eggs and baby bees in! All these treasures from the hives are so extraordinarily beautiful they inspired me to design a few patterns.
This pattern is the Worker Bee Socks, with a cute bee colourwork detail around the top of the sock.
Please note you will need more than one skein of the MC if you want to knit a pair of socks UK size 10 or above.
