Product Description
I designed this guy to be the centerpiece of my dining room table during the winter months. I love his whimsical charm! =)
The snowman is constructed using medium weight yarn and US 5 (3.75mm) DPNs, which makes it approx. 9.5” tall. However, any size yarn and needle size could be substituted to vary it’s size.
The body & hat are knit in the round while the scarf is knitted flat. The pattern is 6 pages long and includes photos to assist you.
Recommended skill level is Advanced Beginner due to working in the round with DPNs.
Techniques used in this pattern: MR - Magic Ring Cast On (tutorial link provided) k - knit p - purl kfb - knit front & back k2tog - knit 2 together K2togtbl - knit 2 together through the back loops p2tog - purl 2 together c3f - cable 3 front
