Product Description
This is the child’s version of the sweater Vaebner. Vaebner is the Danish word for the knight’s squire.
The sweater/pullover is worked from the bottom edge and up with multi-colored pattern stripes on the body and sleeves. The sweater has a traditional drop shoulder/set in sleeve construction. The Sweater has a folded sleeve rib with a thumb hole.
The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 18 stitches per 10 centimeters (stockinette stitch) i.e. a yardage of approximate 90 meters per 50 grams.
This pattern includes directions for a size 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 years with a chest width of 73, 78, 84, 91, 98 and 107 centimeters and a length of 43, 46, 51, 54, 57 and 61 centimeters.
This pattern is written for a knitter who is familiar with stranded knitting, a knitter who is able to follow written instructions, charts and work increases and decreases.
The pattern does not include finished items yarn etc. The pattern only includes instruction for knitting the sweater/pullover.
