Under-armor

Based on the novel Allegiant by Veronic Roth (book three of the Divergent trilogy).

Divergent takes place in a dystopian future Chicago where citizens are divided into five factions, each one focused on cultivating a different personality trait. Decades after the society had been set up, it begins to crumble. In the third book, the world opens up to Tris and Four.

Allegiant relies more heavily on Four than the previous books. These socks are designed with him in mind - even though we see more of him in book three, he still remains hidden. Under his top layer of armor, there is another layer.

Though the socks are written only for 64 stitches, they are adaptable to smaller or larger sizes by subtracting adding stitches from the pattern in multiples of 4 stitches.
