Product Description
Pattern includes written instructions as well as charts. The cabling pattern is not overly complicated, but there is some adjusting of the stitch marker to ensure that the cabling pattern stays seamless throughout. I would consider this a pattern suitable for intermediate knitters. Instructions are given for you to make four sizes cowl: Child Single Wrap - 16.75’’ wide x 8’’ tall Child Double Wrap - 40’’ wide x 8’’ tall Adult Single Wrap - 19.25’’ wide x 9’’ tall Adult Double Wrap - 52’’ wide x 9’’ tall and two sizes hat: child (20-21 inches head circumference) adult (22-23 inches head circumference)
Skills required: knit stitch, purl stitch, knit 2 stitches together, purl 2 stitches together, centered double decrease, cables, work in rounds.
Gauge: US 7 (4.5 mm) needle - 12 stitches x 16 rows = 4 x 4 inches square in stockinette.
