The Child

The Child is here! Someone is needed to keep him safe. Knit him up and protect him from the Empire. He is knit in the round and his ears and coat are knit flat. He is also stands by himself. He is 6" tall.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Supplies:

1 ball sage green worsted weight yarn

1 ball beige worsted weight yarn

Small amount of black yarn

Size 5 double pointed needles, or size to obtain gauge

Large-eyed blunt needle

Stuffing

Small amount of plastic canvas

Gauge:

5 sts x 8 rows = 1”

Note: The Child is knit in the round except for the ears which are knit flat using 2 needles. The coat is knit flat using 2 needles. The small discs of plastic canvas are for the feet to help him stand up on his own.
