Head Measurements: Circumference: Approximately 12 (14, 16, 18, 21) in / 30.5 (35.5, 40.5, 45.5, 53) cm

Note: This hat is worked from the bottom up, in the round. The pattern has step by step, easy to follow instructions. For the lace stitch I have included written instructions and a chart. A matching Baby Dress pattern using the same lace stitch is also available.
