Summer Breeze

Summer breeze is a cozy cotton hoodie coat with embossed patterning detail, a contrast intarsia trim on the sleeves and a contrasting striped trim for centre fronts and hood. The Bernat handicrafter cotton (400g ball) works and wears well. The pattern could also be done in a nice 100% wool like Custom Woolen Mills 2ply mule spinner (Note: you will need to check gauge).

The hoodie is worked in circular needles to the armholes. If desired each piece could be constructed separately. The pattern directions are given for the circular needles. For the mosaic trim, you will want to choose two contrasting colours and will need approximately 100g of each.
