Spruce Creek Trail Ski Hat

When I designed this pattern, I was inspired by one of my favorite back country cross country ski trails in the Rocky Mountains, where I live. I crocheted this design in a warm, very soft alpaca fiber that keeps me warm when I ski on cold days. I am sure it will treat you just as well!

One Size - Adult

Materials required to crochet the Spruce Creek Trail Ski Hat:

Approximately 100 yards bulky weight yarn (Cascade Baby Alpaca Chunky used)

Approximately 45 yards sport weight yarn (Blue Sky Alpacas Melange used)

Crochet hook size K 6.5mm

Crochet Hook size I 5.5mm

Yarn needle

Cardboard Square 2.5 inches tall (for making pompom)
